The Opportunity                                                                                                                           Our existing Headteacher retires after a dedicated service of over 20 years in various roles in the school. We are seeking a passionate leader to sustain our Christian ethos to “live life in all its fullness” and inspire our children to believe, grow and achieve. Our rural village school has extensive grounds we exploit year-round and accepts a diverse single form intake from Kineton and neighbouring communities. We are a
Church of England school, inclusive and welcoming of all faiths, nurturing our pupils and promoting global citizenship. We are a part of the Stour Federation MAT and benefit from opportunities to share learning and improvement between our trust schools.


We are seeking a leader who:
• Will lead on, and commit to, our Christian ethos and values
• Demonstrates exceptional primary practice, with the ability to lead and develop staff
• Values, promotes and embodies lifelong learning
• Will embrace a diverse and vibrant community, is passionate and inspirational


Our Children are asking for a headteacher who:
• Doesn’t just stay in their office all the time – who wants to see children and teachers
