It has been a very exciting week of sport for our key stage two children. Firstly, on Monday afternoon, a selection of year 5 and 6 children took in part the Southern Warwickshire netball tournament held at Kineton High School. They played exceptionally well, with an end result of third place overall after beating rivals Wellsbourne in the semi-final.
On Wednesday afternoon children from years 3 and 4 took part in a football tournament, their first one this year. This was a challenging tournament, with 16 schools taking part and the children played really well, coming third in their group with only two points separating them from first place.
Thank you to all parents and staff who came to support, especially Mrs Pugh who acted as helper and official photographer and to Miss Gayton for organising both events.
